• UAE Orders: 2–5 working days
• GCC Orders: 5–10 working days
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and weight.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the tag, packaging, or bag.
• Customers are responsible for exchange delivery fees unless the issue was from our end.
• If the requested size or item is out of stock, store credit will be issued for future use.
• To request an exchange, please fill out the exchange request form, and we will get in touch with you shortly.
